GOS intends to contract with Learning Disabilities Association of Saskatchewan (LDAS) on the basis that they are the only supplier able to deliver Literacy/GED Programming and Employment Services in Saskatoon and Regina, Saskatchewan that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOSs intention to award a contract for these services to the LDAS. Before awarding a contract, however, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
