The Work generally consists of road surface improvements incorporating a graded seal coat or fog seal, including the supply of the asphalt emulsion and diluting water, pothole repairs and applicable temporary pavement markings to select roadways within the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 to improve the asphalt concrete pavement seal and waterproofing, and to reduce further surface material loss.  Please see the attachment for more information.
