Classroom Lecture Theatre Seating -- RFT-42594-04-20
The University of Regina as represented by Supply Management Services, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for dleivery and installation of Classroom Building Lecture Theatre Seat Replacement Specifications as per Drawings (718088) F1 - F4 (attached) for design layout, detailed specifications and the required quantities and corresponding furniture descriptions.
Please note:
First Phase; The attached pdf drawings c/w generic specifications for the new furniture for Classroom Building Lecture Theater's CL 126 & 130 to be tendered for supply and install. University requires the new seating and other furniture to be installed during the month of August 2020. Please note the existing seats will be removed earlier on in the project by our asbestos abatement contractor.
The Second Phase; The University plan is to complete the other three (3) lecture theater's (CL 125, 127 & 128) in the summer of 2021 as noted on the drawings.
