The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) invites proposals for the lease of a building in Saskatoon, which can accommodate office and storage space with a secured parking compound.
The approximate area of building space required is a total Usable Area of 325 m2 (3,498.27 ft2), which should equate to an approximate total Rentable Area of 357.5 m2 (3,848.10 ft2), comprised of:
Approx 195 m2 of office space.
Approx 30 m2 of secure storage space
Approx 40 m2 of changeroom space
Approx 14 m2 of interview room space
Approx 46 m2 of garage bay, with chain hoist
The proposal is to include the provision of approx. 202.3 m2 of fully fenced, secure parking compound.
The proposal is to include the provision of Twenty-Six (26) automobile parking stalls. A minimum of Ten (10) stalls are to be in the secure compound, and Twelve (12) stalls are to be equipped with outlets
Occupancy is to be no later than January 1, 2025. Preference will be given to proposals offering space located in the north end of Saskatoon, with easy access to highways exiting the city.
Secure electronic proposals will be received by SBP until 5:00 PM CST, August 13, 2024, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Proposal Information. Proposals must be submitted via email, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the proposal documents.
The proposal shall be made on the standard Offer Form provided in the attached documents.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the information contained in the proposal documents. SBP reserves the right to reject any or all proposal received.
