MNP Place Office Renovations, Estevan, Saskatchewan -- CS-COR18019
The work consists of renovating approximately half of the 2nd floor in MNP Place in Estevan located at 1219 5th Street.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail.
Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose St, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 0A9 until 2:00PM CST, July 31, 2018 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender documents.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices.
Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond.
The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
