The work consists of tenant improvements at the Court of Queen’s Bench, Battleford, Saskatchewan, as per drawings and specifications prepared by Henry Downing Architects.

Secure electronic bids will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (formerly the Ministry of Central Services), until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, August 5, 2021 and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain technical drawings (only) from Henry Downing Architects, 2233 Avenue C North, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Z2, tel: 306-652-5044 ext. 222, or ext. 233. A deposit of one hundred dollars ($100) is required for each set of drawings. Deposit will be returned if drawings are returned complete. The tender documents and technical specifications will be available on SaskTenders.ca.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
