SaskEnergy Incorporated (SaskEnergy) intends to seek sole supply of Reliability Centered Maintenance services from Allied Reliability on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide equipment that meets SaskEnergy’ s requirements as given.

Scope of Work

SaskEnergy requires a comprehensive consultant which is capable of self-performing (without the use of third parties or subcontractors) the implementation of a Maintenance and Reliability Program centered on industry standards that meet all the following, with proof of implementation at a natural gas transmission company:

• Demonstrated work alongside the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP).
• An Executive Consultant with experience providing change management, training and governance to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated application of reliability centered maintenance 3 (RCM3) standards.
• Implementation of asset hierarchy process for natural gas equipment.
• Implementation of asset criticality processes.
• Implementation of asset inventory management.
• Demonstrated life cycle costing analysis for natural gas equipment.
• Possess a database of developed Equipment Maintenance Plans based on failure modes and effects analysis for natural gas equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in scoping, installing, and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies, including motion amplification, vibration, ultrasonic, UV, thermographic, lubrication, and oil analysis technologies.
• An in-house condition monitoring cloud-based software platform that supports all of the condition monitoring techniques above.
• Application of reliability centered maintenance key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated partnership with IFS to implement work execution management optimization on the IFS platform.
• Demonstrated implementation of an RCM3 lubrication management program.
• Ability to provide advanced diagnostics and maintenance in the alignment and balancing of natural gas compressors/engines.
