The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of one (1) new 2026 model tractor to support municipal road maintenance and operational activities. The tractor must meet detailed minimum specifications, including a 130–150 horsepower range, front wheel assist, high-capacity hydraulics, and a fully equipped heated and air-conditioned cab with required safety and road-ready features. Proponents may submit pricing with or without a trade-in of the Municipality’s existing 1998 New Holland tractor.

Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with award subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
