The scope of Work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves providing the following Work for SIGA’s seven (7) Casinos and its Central Office Location (hereinafter referred to as “The Sites”), as detailed in the following documents, and any amendments thereto.

If and when required/requested:

Millwork design, manufacture/fabrication, and installation services.
Routine and urgent millwork repair services.
Millwork upgrades/modifications.
Millwork warranty repairs.
Estimating.

Scope of Services:

The scope of services for this millwork project encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks to ensure the successful completion and maintenance of both exterior and interior millwork. The services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Exterior and Interior Millwork:

Exterior Millwork: Design, fabrication, and installation of exterior elements such as facades, trims, and architectural details.
Interior Millwork: Custom cabinetry, wall panels, moldings, and other interior woodwork components.

Assembly, Customization, and Installation:

Assembly: Precise assembly of millwork components to meet design specifications.
Customization: Tailoring millwork to fit unique project requirements, including custom finishes and detailing.
Installation: Professional installation of millwork at designated locations, ensuring proper fit and finish.

Maintenance and Emergency (Urgent) Work:

Refinishing: Restoring the original appearance of millwork through sanding, staining, and sealing.
Re-facing: Updating the look of existing millwork by replacing veneers or laminates.
Refurbishing Casework: Repairing and restoring casework to extend its lifespan and functionality.
Emergency Repairs: Prompt response to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime and disruption.

Site Visits and Measurements:

Site Visits: Conducting thorough site inspections to understand the project environment and constraints.
Measurements: Taking precise measurements to ensure millwork components are accurately fabricated and installed.
