Tenders, marked for the Construction of "RM of Griffin No. 66 – Range Rd. 2122 Clay Cap”, will be received by the Engineer up to 2:00 PM, C.S.T., Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

The work includes the following approximate quantities:

Road Re-Construction: Widening and Clay Cap 10 miles

Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the office of the Engineer only. All addenda, requests for clarification and other pertinent tender information will be issued from the office of the Engineer only. All requests shall be directed to the Engineer. The Project shall attain Substantial Performance prior to November 15, 2021.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Letter of Consent issued by a duly licensed Surety Company AND a Bid Bond OR authenticated Electronic Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent of the Total Tender Price made payable to the RM of Griffin No. 66.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
