The Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain No. 63 is inviting tenders for the supply of one (1) motor grader meeting or exceeding detailed specifications for heavy municipal operations. Proponents are requested to provide a detailed price breakdown, including pricing options and acceptance of trade-in for existing RM motor grader. The trade unit is a 2019 CAT 160M3 motor grader with 6237.8 operating hours as od December 31,2025.

Tenders must address comprehensive engine, transmission, hydraulic, cab, electrical, tire, moldboard, and attachment requirements, along with warranty coverage, delivery timelines, and confirmation of full heavy-duty mechanical service availability within 200 km of Carlyle, Saskatchewan. Optional and required attachments, installation costs, and warranty plans (minimum 7 years / 8,000 hours) must be clearly identified.

The RM is a member of SARM's Canoe Procurement Group, and applicable discounts should be applied. Tenders will be accepted until February 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The RM reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
