This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pinkie Road Reconstruction as further described in the RFP.

As a result of increased development in west and northwest Regina, the City of Regina (the “City”) has determined a need to reconstruct Pinkie Road to accommodate increasing traffic volumes and improve safety. The City requires the successful proponent to complete the reconstruction of Pinkie Road from Sherwood Drive to Dewdney Avenue, including intersection improvements.

This work will include, but is not limited to:

• road structure,
• asphalt surface,
• concrete curb and gutters,
• ditches, and
• other related works.

This work will be completed concurrently with the Pinkie Road Bridge Construction Project being tendered as a separate contract.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, 10:00 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents.
