<p>In this Request for Proposals (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified partners to perform the following:<br /> &bull; Migrate a set of existing InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Apps (and Power Automate where applicable), with data landing in Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint Online, Dataverse) following best practices and deployed into Prairie Valley School Division&rsquo;s O365 tenant. The finalized application, including all source code and related assets, will be owned exclusively by Prairie Valley School Division. The Proponent will assist with deployment and knowledge transfer to Prairie Valley School Division staff<br /> &bull; Provide ongoing support and enhancement services across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online.<br /> This RFP requests fixed-price bids for the migration scope and hourly rates (by role) for ongoing work.<br /> The term of the resulting contract is for the initial migration process and then for five (5) additional one-year terms.</p>
