The project involves construction of a new campground service centre (washroom and shower facility). The building is constructed of concrete block on a reinforced concrete slab foundation. It also includes all mechanical, electrical and site developments as detailed in the drawings and specifications.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 10, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by 5:00 PM July 9, 2025.
