The project involves the flooring, mechanical and electrical system work, and all related work, as part of a larger renovation of three separate office areas at the Sturdy Stone Centre.

Sealed tenders will be received by Central Services, Room 838, 122 Third Avenue North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7K 2H6 until 2:00pm CST, Thursday, January 03, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from the SaskTenders website. Please direct any inquiries to the Consultant, Koopman Architecture, 126 2nd Ave N, Unit 2, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7K 2B2, telephone (306) 500-3055. The tender documents will only be available in electronic format.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices in Saskatoon. Tenders must be accompanied by a consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond. The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
