HWY-190066-SFRFP  Testing and Rehab Pre-design – 2019

Project Description:  The Ministry requires deck testing and other services described in the attached “Schedule A – Scope of Work for Bridge Deck Testing” and “Guidelines for Deck Testing” to support The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure’s (The Ministry or MHI) management strategy to maximize return of its infrastructure. Two separate agreements will be awarded; one firm will not receive both agreements.  The applicable agreement will include the following locations:

Agreement 1:  Testing and Rehab Pre – Design includes the following bridges:

Agreement 2:  Testing and Rehab Pre - Design includes the following bridges:

Each firm will only be awarded one of the two agreements.  The Consultant may provide two financial submissions (1 for each of the proposed agreements).
