The work involved as part of this Contract includes area grading earthworks and the supply and installation of water & sewer main pipelines as part of the Aspen Ridge D1B residential subdivision located in the N.E. area of Saskatoon.

Details of the work include, but are not limited to the below

-Area Grading (approx. 50,000 cu.m of excavation to embankment)

-Topsoil Stripping (approx. 3,0000 cu.m of topsoil stripping to stockpile)

-Sanitary Sewer Trunks (375mm to 600mm) – 655 lin.m

-Sanitary Sewer – Domestic (200mm to 300mm) – 3,380 lin.m

-Primary Water Main (600mm c/w restraints, elbows, and fittings) – 350 lin.m

-Water Main - Domestic (150mm to 300mm) – 3,350 lin.m

-Storm Sewer Trunks (1350mm to 1675mm) – 695 lin.m

-Storm Sewer – Domestic (300mm to 1200mm) – 1,982 lin.m

-235 service connections

-Valve chamber and main valves

-Pumped drain structure

-Hydrants

-Manholes (c/w large diameter pipe base chamber, external drop structures and safety platforms)

-Pipe testing (CCTV, exfiltration, and deflection testing)

-Water main commissioning (chlorination, flushing, bacteria testing)

START DATE:                     MAY 20, 2019

COMPLETION DATE:        DECEMBER 31, 2020

A quotation contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "RFQ No. 19-0014" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, April 18, 2019.

The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company.

As a pre-condition of award, the successful respondent must be registered with ISNetworld with their account maintained in good standing.
