This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by SaskTel to experienced geotechnical engineering firms to submit bids for the contract to supply such services to SaskTel.  SaskTel is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced geotechnical engineering firms for providing geotechnical drilling services and related engineering analysis, reports and inspection services for communications structures and towers in the province of Saskatchewan.  Work under this contract is outlined in the specifications and scope of work within the Ariba RFP event.  SaskTel may choose to award this competition to multiple vendors.  SaskTel will consider multiple criteria when determining the successful vendor for this opportunity, including the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the job.  The intention is to award a contract(s) that create 'best value' for SaskTel.
