The work consists of Side Walk Replacement & Repoint Main Front Steps
at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Thatcher Campus, Moose Jaw Building, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail.
Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 0A9 until 2:00 PM CST, July 5, 2018 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders or PMGM Architecture Ltd., 3434 Regina Avenue, REGINA SK S4S 7J9, telephone 306-584-2020, on deposit of $100.00 or confirmation of membership in the S.C.A. Plan Deposit Fund. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the tender documents, in good condition, within 30 days after the opening date.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender documents.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices.
Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond.
The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
