Bids for the City of Humboldt, 2021 Watermain Replacement Program project will be received through the Bids and Tenders website (https://ae.bidsandtenders.ca/) up to 02:00 pm local time on Tuesday, April 20, 2020. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the Bids and Tenders website shall be the official time for closing.
