The Ministry of Highways & Infrastructure (MHI) intends to form an agreement with Axon Public Safety Canada, on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the digital evidence technology that meets MHI’s requirements for this procurement as described in the ACAN attached.

Written statements of the suppliers capabilities, referencing the ACAN #180033 are to be received on or before July 6, 2018 2:00 PM, Central Standard Time. If no responses are received, a contract may be pursued with the supplier.
