Saskatoon Public Schools (SPSD) is the largest school division in the province of Saskatchewan. We operate 49 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, two associate schools and one alliance school. We serve more than 25,000 students and employ approximately 2,400 professional and support staff. 

SPSD is seeking proposals for the supply of Natural Gas Supply on a multi-year contract as detailed in our Request for Proposal (RFP) document. 

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Submissions will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time, September 6th, 2019 at the office of Purchasing Services, Saskatoon Public Schools, Room 1600, 310 - 21st Street East, Saskatoon, SK  S7K 1M7.  The submission envelope must show the RFP reference number and name (T1819-0041 - Natural Gas Supply); and, company name, address and contact information of Bidder. 

INTENTION TO RESPOND:
Proponents are asked to complete the Intention to Respond Form included below and return no later than August 28th, 2019.

NEW SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS TO SPSD:
New suppliers/contractors who wish to bid on this RFP and have not yet supplied to or worked with SPSD are asked to complete the "Supplier Certification Application Form" found on the SPSD website at https://www.spsd.sk.ca/division/publictenders/Pages/default.aspx and submit with their completed proposal.
