Regina Catholic Schools (RCS) has received ministerial approval to request bids for purchase of Land by Public Tender as stated in the Section 347.2 sub c. (i) of The Education Act, 1995;  (i) the board of education or the conseil scolaire, as the case may be, is of the opinion that the interests of the school division or the division scolaire francophone in the property are adequately protected.

Current buildings on the property will be demolished by Regina Catholic Schools prior to the possession date.  The remaining property is being sold “as is” including current zoning. There are no representatives or warranties expressed or implied, as to fitness of the land for any particular purpose.

The property site is serviced by natural gas, electricity, sewage, and water.  

Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 for 10% of the tendered price and must be submitted on the attached on Appendix ‘A’ Form of Tender.  Subject to the information below, should the successful bidder not purchase the property, the deposit will be forfeited.  The deposit cheques received from unsuccessful bidders will be returned.
