Regina Housing Authority (the "Owner"), seeks Bids to perform work to Regina Housing Cedarwood Manor Roof Replacement in Regina for a Stipulated Price. The selected Bidder will be required to achieve substantial performance of the Work by August 21, 2026.

Bids (including all Appendices) must be submitted electronically before 3:00 p.m. local time on February 3, 2026.  Any Bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

Bids must be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a properly executed Bid Bond in form CCDC 220 (2024) (or other form approved by the Consultant) for 10% of the base Bid Price stated on the Bid Form. Bid Bonds must be issued by a bonding company licensed in the province of Saskatchewan to conduct the business of a surety.  Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety, licensed to conduct business in the province of Saskatchewan as a surety, to provide a Performance Bond in form CCDC 21 (2024) and Labour and Material Payment Bond in form CCDC 222
(2024), each in an amount of 50% of the base Bid Price stated in the Bid Form.

A mandatory site meeting and walkthrough has been scheduled for January 15th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.. All Bidders must attend the site meeting and walkthrough in order to familiarize themselves with the true extent of the Work. Subcontractors to the general contractor submitting the bid are not required to take part in the mandatory walkthrough. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the worksite prior to preparing and submitting Bids.  No allowance shall be made for claims arising from failure to make such investigations.
