CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE AND FOUR PASSING LANES on various sections of Highway No. 7 from 7.10 km east of the junction of Highway No. 4 to 29.88 km west of the junction of Highway No. 4; and on Highway No. 4 from 0.05 km south of the junction of Highway No. 7 to 2.47 km north; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 39.45 km.

Bidders may request a debriefing session from the Ministry by emailing mhicontracts@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date.  The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
