This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Lumsden Equipment Storage Building as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).

The work consists of constructing a new Equipment Storage Building (ESB) for the Ministry of Highways at the following land location 50°39’31.3” N 104°52’25.2” W, Saskatchewan (NW of the town of Lumsden) as per drawings and specification prepared by Alton Tangedal Architect Ltd., dated August 15, 2025.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are to meet at the Ministry of Highways pit site, 50°39’31.3” N 104°52’25.2” W, Saskatchewan (NW of the town of Lumsden) access to site is available from Range Road 2214 see attached below for reference.
