Specifications/Special Instructions:

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to purchase Veeam Maintenance Renewals as per the specifications listed in the table with the potential for extension of renewals.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

1. No substitutes will be accepted. No delivery required, licensing only. 

2. Price quoted in Canadian Dollars $CAD and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges as applicable.  Applicable taxes shall be added in the space provided.

3. The pricing listed in the Bid Submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.

4. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission as required.

5. Following the review of Year 1 of Veeam licensing and Support, SIGA may request to extend an additional two – one-year renewal options, please provide the List Pricing discount on the initial year and potential renewal years as in TABLE #2.

6. Appendix 1 outlines the expiration dates of current Veeam contracts.
