This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by Northern Municipal Services (NMS), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Wildfire Mitigation work in northern Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).

NMS is entering into year two (2) of a nine (9) year program and has identified the Northern Village of La Loche as a municipality that requires Proponents to bid on forest vegetation thinning and brush pile burning services. 

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is the project manager.  SRC, under contract to NMS, is responsible for contract coordination and oversight.
