This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses in order to be included on a prequalified supplier list, in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Section 2.3 Stage II – Written Evaluation). The prequalified suppliers must be able to provide Variable Message Signs (VMS) and associated equipment, on an “if and when required” basis.  This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process.
