The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of an automated platform at the Regina General Hospital to perform the majority of the viral serology that is performed in Regina, as well as a selection of other non-viral serological tests.

The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to renew the existing contract for equipment, services and consumables with DiaSorin (205 Export Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L5S 1Z2) for five (5) years term, with the option at SHA to extend the contract further for one  (1) year term; Before awarding the contract renewal, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of fully satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ten business day posting period.
