This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (“GOS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP), Authorized Software Reseller and Licensing Services, as further described in the RFS Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Ministry) is acting on behalf of the GOS, SaskPower, SaskEnergy, SaskTel, SGI, eHealth, and other public organizations (Participants) that have the objective to streamline the procurement and supply of required software licensing and maximize the benefits of the Participant’s software investments.
