Sealed tenders for the painting renovation of Regency Gardens located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Living Skies Housing Authority, Suite #101, 1916 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, S4R 1G9 until 2:00 p.m. local Regina time, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.

Description of the Work: Saskatchewan Housing Corporation will be renovating 89 units over a period of 3.5 years in 3 phases. The Tender shall be based upon the Phase Two (II) painting renovation of 25 – three-bedroom units and 6 - four-bedroom units for a total of thirty-one (31) two story town-house units located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan. This work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 23, 2021. Phase Three (III) comprised of 25-3 bedroom units will be an option at this time but may be tendered at a later date. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Sask Tenders or the Regina Construction Association.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on Thursday, August 5, 2021 starting at 9:00 a.m. located at 343 Regency Court, Regina. If you do not attend, your bid will be rejected.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid at the Bid Price submitted, or reject all or any part of the bid and/or to waive technical defects in the bid, if in its judgment the interest of the Owner may so require. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
