The Rural Municipality of South Qu’Appelle No. 157 located in McLean, Saskatchewan, is calling for tenders for the hauling and spreading of gravel on municipal roads within the RM for the 2018 season. 

The quantity of gravel is approximately 10,000 cubic yards and is to be hauled from the pit located on NW 29-18-16 W2/NE 30-18-16 W2.

Please indicate the date you would be able to start, your hauling rate, and your loading rate. Please use the attached form to submit your tender. 

Tenders are to be submitted to the R.M. before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in order to be discussed at the R.M.’s 2018 Budget Meeting, which is to be held on March 1, 2018.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
