specifications and drawings prepared by RJ England at the TC Douglas Building, 3475
Albert Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. Asbestos remediation is to be included as per
the Bersch technical specifications

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and
Procurement 1855 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan until 2:00 PM
Saskatchewan Time, June 19, 2023, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with
the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the
Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain
tender documents from SaskTenders.ca.

A pre-tender meeting has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender
documents.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender
documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject
any or all tenders received.
