REACT Waste Management District, consisting of 47 urban and rural municipalities, desires to continue the success on the foundation it has established by further analyzing its business model. In recent years, significant changes in waste management on a provincial level and recycling challenges globally, have concluded that the regional authority needs assistance to adjust to new conditions in the industry. 

Items to be addressed in the RFP include, but are not limited to the following:

• Asset Management Plan
• Cost-of-Service Review
• Multi-Year Fee Schedule

Closing Date for Submission: February 8, 2021 by (no later than) 3:00:00 p.m. local time. Proposals delivered after this time will not be accepted. No public openings will occur. Anticipated award date February 12, 2021.
