The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) invites prospective proponents to provide submissions for the renovations of a group home located at 51 Delorme Bay, Prince Albert, SK as further described in the attached documents.

Scope of project includes the renovation of a raised bungalow 1,364 sq ft, 3 + 2 bedrooms existing, Group C – Residential Alternative Family Care Home. Refer to drawings and project manual specifications for full extent of the work. Original drawings available for reference.
