The Chinook School Division, seeks bids to perform work to replace the existing hot water boilers and related equipment at Frontier School for a stipulated price. The project must be substantially completed by August 28th, 2026.

Bids are to be submitted electronically or in person before 2 p.m. on February 5th, 2026. Any bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Bids shall be emailed to the consultant at hda@hdaeng.com or delivered in person to 2334 8th avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque for 10% of the bid.

A site walk through is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at Frontier School. Frontier School is located at 208 – 1st Street East in Frontier, Saskatchewan. Contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. of their intention to attend, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified.
