The City is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following:  Sewer & Waterworks Supplies standard features included in the pricing.  Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.

Complete Schedule “A”
? Return digital copy of “Schedule A” and signed Authorization Sheet;
? Include any Specification Sheet(s) for Alternate Products; and,
? Submissions to be completed through the VendorPanel software.
