2018-2019 Supply and Delivery of Various Aggregates -- COR4074
Sealed Tenders marked "2018-2019 Supply and Delivery of Various Aggregates Tender #4074" using the submission label (Appendix B) will be received by the City of Regina at the 5th Floor, Purchasing Branch or Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk at City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, April 10, 2018.
The major items of work are as follows:
- Approximately 1,500 Tonnes of Hydrant Rock
- Approximately 28,000 Tonnes of Road Gravel
- Approximately 32,000 Tonnes of Granular Base Course (Type 32)
- Approximately 30,000 Tonnes of Clean Sand
The Contract(s) will be awarded based on evaluation of each product listed above individually with delivery continuing in 2019.
On March 28, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., C.S.T., a pre-tender meeting will be held at in the Doreen Hamilton Meeting Room, City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, for the purpose of responding to questions by bidders.
