Aden Bowman Collegiate

Sealed bids must be electronically received by the undersigned prior to 2:00pm Central Standard Time, Thursday March 4th.  Bids will be opened privately immediately thereafter.

Aden Bowman Collegiate Roof Replacement of Sections 3,4,5 consists of the removal of an existing roof system down to the roof deck and replacement with a new SBS Modified Bitumen insulated roof system, associated flashings, roof drains and other related work.

There is an optional site visit scheduled for Tuesday February 16th at 1:00pm and 1:45pm at Aden Bowman Collegiate.  Bidders that want to attend are required to sign up a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled walkthrough by emailing facilities@spsd.sk.ca.  SPS will confirm walkthrough time with Proponent. Bidders arriving at an unscheduled time may not be able to be accommodated if the walkthrough is full.  Saskatoon Public Schools Covid19 site access protocols will be provided in advance.

Questions about the tender should be directed to tender@aodbt.com.  Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
