This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Boundary Dam Power Station Exciter Room ACU and Ducting Supply and Install , as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This Contract is for supply, delivery and installation of upgrades to the cooling system of the BD6 Exciter Room at Boundary Dam Power Station.  This Contract will include the demolition of the existing cooling system, relocation of equipment and water lines, supply and installation of one new 12-ton ACU, supply and installation of ductwork, commissioning of equipment and training of plant personnel on the new system.
