The intent of the project is to undertake a historical and ecological review of Hopkins Lake and Jaycee Beach, perform supporting analyses (including bathymetry and terrain assessment), and develop evaluation criteria to assess options for beach renewal. The work will include summarizing findings and presenting recommended options for revitalization. Detailed design or construction activities are not included in this scope.
