This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to perform structural integrity analysis on wooden utility poles for the purpose of determining the overall current state load factor.  The successful supplier will be required to work with the electrical distribution companies within Saskatchewan to validate and defend their methods and analysis results to the satisfaction of the power utility company in accordance with CSA C22.3 at minimum. It is projected that the successful vendor will be required to analyze 1850 poles per year. For more information, please view the RFP.
