Moose Jaw Joint-use School – General Contractor Prequalification -- 202122-12

Holy Trinity Catholic School Division (HTCSD) and Prairie South School Division No. 210 (PSSD) and the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) are proceeding with development of the new Moose Jaw Joint-use School (the “Project”). HTCSD, PSSD and the GOS, hereby referred to as the “Owner”, are soliciting written responses (the “Proposal”) through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) from qualified firms (the “Proponent”) to provide general contracting services for the Project. The Owner is simultaneously prequalifying mechanical and electrical contractors through separate RFPQ. The Project is approximately 11,718 square meters and will serve students from kindergarten to Grade 8 with an opening enrollment of 400 students for HTCSD and 500 students for PSSD.

The objective of this RFPQ is to enable the Owner to select a list of pre-qualified Proponents, which will be invited to respond to the Invitation to Tender for the services described in Section 3.0 Scope of Services. The Invitation to Tender is subject to approval by the GOS and only those prequalified mechanical, electrical, and general contractors will be invited. The name of all prequalified firms will be shared following evaluation of all three (3) RFSQ processes.
