University of Regina - Education Auditorium Lighting Upgrade -- 720057

The University of Regina is undertaking a construction project that will replace all the existing light fixtures and all the work will be within the Education Auditorium which is located in the Education Building located on the Main Campus. All details and requirements are outlined in the attached BID and Drawing Package. Scaffolding will be required to access the lighting. Due to the COVID-19 Virus there will be no onsite contractor walkthrough. In lieu of no on site walkthrough, photos of all the spaces have been provided. As part of the project Bid an extensive COVID Protocol Plan will be required by the successful Contractor. Please be advised that if you are unable to provide an extensive COVID Safety Protocol Plan, approved by the University, your Bid will be rejected.

 

 

Due to the COVID-19 issue, there will be no in-person site walk through for Contractors. In lieu of the walkthrough photos have been provided of the spaces that will be part of the scope of work.
