This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) Public Service Commission to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Leadership and Management Training Workshop Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is the central human resource agency for the Government of Saskatchewan. It fosters a high-performing workforce by implementing strategies for staff recruitment, learning and development, labour relations, employee assistance, workforce planning, and organizational development.

The PSC is seeking an experienced training workshop provider(s) to deliver several types of training workshops to government employees in leadership positions or those who are interested in advancing to a leadership role. See Appendix A RFP Particulars for more detailed information.

Proponents are invited to provide a Submission to design, customize and deliver one (1) or more of seven (7) workshops. Workshops will be delivered in Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert; however, the majority of workshops are typically offered in Regina.  Alternate locations in Saskatchewan for workshops may be required.  Workshops will be delivered multiple times through the year at the sole discretion of the Public Service Commission.
