The City of Saskatoon requires the services of a qualified consultant to perform detail design and construction management services for the refurbishment of the Wastewater Treatment Plant’s (WWTP) boiler-room into an inventory warehouse space. Services are to include detailed design, producing procurement documents, assisting with procurement for a construction contractor, construction management and inspection services, commissioning, and post construction services.
