The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of Cisco hardware, software and support.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

1. Substitutes are not allowed.

2. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all applicable taxes, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges.

3. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.

4. Standard warranty must be included in the quote.

5. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.

8. Delivery Dates: For the first 6 Product #’s, SIGA is requesting delayed shipment with a target delivery date of September 24th, 2018. The remaining Product #’s can be shipped as they become available.

9. Support Dates: 1 year from the date of delivery. The successfully bidder must provide the Cisco Contract #’s once created.
