The Town of White City hereby is soliciting written responses from qualified firms to provide consulting services. The Town of White City invites proposals from Proponents interested in conducting a feasibility study to assess the phasing, construction and operational viability of a multi-use recreational facility (the ‘Project’), including, but not limited to, an ice arena with two ice surfaces, an aquatics center, multipurpose recreation and community facilities and/or a multi-purpose joint-use recreational facility to be adjoined to a high school, to be located on a 40-60 acre recreational parcel within the Town of White City.
