Prairie Spirit School Division intends to enter into an agreement with one or more proponents to provide Mechanical Contracting Services for 2 years with an option to extend the agreement for 1 year. 

The term of the contract shall commence on September 1, 2022 and shall remain in effect until August 31, 2024 with the option to extend up to 1 additional year, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
